STEP ONE


Lay The Foundations: The first step of working with anyone is to lay the structure that will support the rest of their journey. I look for the Archimedes' Lever that will bring the biggest change to your fitness. Health and fitness are the foundation of a successful life. So I will give you the strategies that will get you into the body you want from the word "go". This usually happens within 4-6 weeks which brings us on to Step 2…

STEP TWO


Find The Minimum Effective Dose (MED): The second phase is where we look at removing the superfluous stuff you do on a daily basis. This means your mind and life are uncluttered and free to focus only on the essential.

This will have dramatic effects on your whole life. With increased buffer zones, you will free up time to do the things you love and that assist you in being the best version of you.

STEP THREE


Mind-set Shift: This is where we take a deep dive into what's going on between your ears. I'm not so interested in why you got to a point where you needed such a drastic change. I'm more interested in what we can do to build healthy self-talk that will benefit your entire life, not just in the health arena.

I look to give you the habits and strategies that will multiply your effectiveness, happiness, fulfilment and connection.

Reinforce and Protect: It's my mission to have each of my clients leave me with a complete understanding of where they need to go from here. This is the period where I educate you on the process from here out and help you build a plan moving on.

I know this is a pretty awful business model, but it makes me so much happier knowing that at the end of your time with me, you can not only stay on track, but flourish as an athlete. You may even help others with what you learn from me. It's that which makes me feel whole.
